For over 20 years, Digital Connection Office Systems has been providing leading technology solutions to our customers. Along the way, our wide array of products, services and technical solutions has evolved and grown in direct response to our clients’ needs. Today, we are pleased to announce that along with our expanded product offerings, we’re also growing our sales and service region.


As of October 1st, 2017, Digital Connection will partner with Ricoh Canada, a recognized leader in workplace innovation, to be the sole service and sales provider for operations out of Lloydminster, Red Deer, Lethbridge, and the respective surrounding areas of those communities.


Our longstanding professional relationship with Ricoh Canada led the company to select Digital Connection as their preferred and sole dealer to continue to carry out the exemplary services Ricoh has provided across those regions for more than 35 years. This transition builds on and extends our existing partnership with Ricoh. In November 2014, Digital Connection partnered with Ricoh Direct to manage sales for accounts in Lloydminster, Cold Lake and surrounding areas. Ricoh continued to provide technical support and service in these areas with great success. It is as a result of this thriving relationship that Ricoh has now entrusted us to provide sales and service to its customers in the Red Deer and Lethbridge regions.


We believe, like Ricoh does, that we are the right team for the job. Our distinct regional expertise has instilled in us a strong understanding of customers in small- to mid-sized communities and we pride ourselves in providing all of our customers with personalized service and the highest quality products and solutions. We are very excited to work with you and want to assure you that you will be well taken care of during and post the transition from Ricoh Canada to Digital Connection.

In addition to the professional service to which you’re accustomed, we recognize that many of you also enjoy personal relationships with your Ricoh representatives; we, therefore, want to assure you that while the phone number you use for service and sales requests may change, in the majority of cases, your trusted service professional and account manager will remain the same.
