  • What are your business hours?

    Our office hours are 8am - 5pm MST. We are open Monday through Friday with the exception of stat holidays. 

  • Who is my local point of contact?

    Every customer has a dedicated account manager based on where they live. If you are unsure of who your account manager is feel free to contact us at 1-888-594-9499 and we will be sure to put you in touch with the right person. 

  • Can NextGen get me out of my current copier/printer contract?

    Yes! We have a dedicated program that allows you to upgrade your hardware/software early and get out of your current lease. Contact us for more details. 

  • Does NextGen offer training?

    NextGen offers training when any hardware/software is installed. Should you have any questions after install we do provide remote training via Teams or Phone call to walk you through any questions you may have.

  • How do I get a service technician to service my equipment?

  • What do I do with my used toner?

    Please do not throw them away, Our partners have made it incredibly easy to recycle old toner bottles and cartridges. If you would like to recycle them for free visit Toner Returns>

  • How long does it take for supplies to be delivered?

    While we do carry a large inventory in our warehouse, some items may need to be ordered from our vendors. If it is urgent please call us at 1-888-594-9499 and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. Otherwise please allow for up to 21 days.
