To our valued customer,

October 1st, 2017 – For over 20 years, the Digital Connection Office Systems team has been providing leading technology solutions in North Eastern Alberta and North Western Saskatchewan. Along the way, our wide array of products, services and technical solutions has evolved and grown in direct response to our clients’ needs. Today, we are pleased to announce that along with our expanded product offerings, we are also growing our sales and service region.

As of today, Digital Connection will partner with Ricoh Canada, a recognized leader in workplace innovation, to be the sole service and sales provider for operations out of Lloydminster, Red Deer, Lethbridge, and the respective surrounding areas of those communities.

Said Troy Schmeichel, president of Digital Connection Office Systems, “This transition builds on and extends our existing partnership with Ricoh. In November 2014, Digital Connection expanded our partnership with Ricoh Direct to provide Ricoh’s sales and account management in Lloydminster, Cold Lake and surrounding areas. It is as a result of this thriving relationship that Ricoh has now entrusted us to provide sales, account management and technical service support to its customers in the Red Deer and Lethbridge regions.”

Added Christopher Peel, sales manager, “Our distinct regional expertise has instilled in us a strong understanding of customers in small- to mid-sized communities and we pride ourselves in providing personalized service and the highest quality products and solutions. We are excited about this opportunity to grow across Alberta and look forward to serving these new customers with our hallmark efficient and professional service.”

The new partnership comes on the heels of Digital Connection’s purchase of another established office-technologies provider on Vancouver Island. In August 2015, Digital Connection acquired AGS Business Systems with offices in Victoria, Nanaimo, Parksville and Courtney expanding its Alberta operations to now service all of Vancouver Island. AGS Business Systems will operate under its current model and continue to focus on being an Island centric Business, but with added support of Digital Connection’s 60-plus experienced staff and leadership.
